The menu is subject to changes based on market and availability.

  • A wonderful fruit and nut bread. This is a white-based bread that has cranberries, apricots, toasted pecans, and orange zest. It is very refreshing and possibly the most lovely of our loaves.

  • This baguette is as simple as it comes. Organic flour, salt, water, and sourdough starter. Its bulk fermentation goes on for 24 hours before being scaled out, shaped, proofed and finally baked.

  • This is our Sourdough bread with the perfect amount of Cinnamon, Sugar and Raisins mixed in. This is the best bread to have as breakfast. Toasted with a little butter on top.

  • “Pain de Campagne”, which is what this bread is called in France, is the perfect combination of Organic bread flour, Aurora Mills Rye (ME), and NEK Farms Wheat. Rye can be so sweet and earthy without Caraway. This is a great, slightly darker sandwich loaf.

  • Our Wheat bread with cranberries and toasted nuts. The difference, locally sourced cranberries that are as fresh as they come. Delicious to have toasted for breakfast.

  • Durum wheat is a variety of spring wheat that is typically ground into semolina and used to make pasta. It can also be ground into finer flour and used to make bread or pizza dough. This bread has a beautiful golden tint and offers a hint of nuttiness and a flavor that emerges with each mellow yellow bite.

  • A Sourdough-based loaf featuring a balanced mix of Colby Jack, Havarti, and Cheddar Cheeses. This medley will delight all taste buds and make your next grilled cheeses out of this world.

  • This bread consists of 75% Whole Wheat Flour and 25% Organic Hard Red Wheat just for the oven spring. This bread is yummy and good for you with a hint of local honey added to it. A great choice for a sandwich loaf.

  • This is our take on the classic Italian Split. This is very authentic. Nice firm crust with a soft center. Perfect with your Sunday gravy!

  • This savory bread is purely decadent. Kalamata Olives, Herbs de Provence, and Lemon Zest combined with our tasty sourdough bread. This loaf brings you a lasting sensation in every bite, whether you are an olive fan or not.

  • A hearty bread filled with Organic Hard Red Winter Wheat, organic stone ground Rye, organic stone ground wheat, sourdough, sunflower seeds, sesame, poppy, millet, salt, water, and finished with a dash of local honey for added sweetness.

  • The perfect bread to accompany a variety of things! From your Sunday pasta dinner to a decadent afternoon grilled cheese. This sourdough-based bread goes back to the basics. Simply just the inclusion of Rosemary from The Spice Mill in Charlestown, coupled with fresh Monterey Jack Cheese. A true love story.

  • You have not tried Rye bread until you've tried this. Extremely simple, letting the milled in-house rye flour do the talking. This bread is made the traditional way with Caraway. Imagine this with your Pastrami and Swiss.

  • If you are looking for a healthy white bread, this is it. A combo of Organic bread flour and milled in house stone ground Wheat flour from NEK Farms, from Vermont. Cold proofed for more than 18 hours to create a full bodied loaf with an open crumb and big crust. Due to its slight tang, Sourdough is often mistaken as its own flavor. However, that signature yummy zing is an indication of a successful natural fermentation process that our breads, along with a majority of our baked goods, grow from.
