Take + Bake Morning Buns

Baking Instructions

(Note! Keep a close eye on these as the provided cooking time may vary)

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • Spray muffin tins generously with pan spray.

  • Mix ½ Cup Sugar and ½ Cup Brown Sugar.

    • Not included.

    • The amount above should be enough for 12.

  • Sprinkle the sugar mixture on the bottom of your muffin tin.

  • Place each morning bun firmly into a slot in the muffin tin.

    • Do not squish the morning bun down.

  • Place the muffin tin on a sheet pan and cook for 27-33 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Remove from oven and carefully flip the muffin tin onto the sheet pan so that the morning buns pop out of the tin.

  • Bake for another 5-10 minutes, until golden brown

  • Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!

Take + Bake Croissants

Traditional, Almond, or Chocolate Baking Instructions

(Note! Keep a close eye on these as the provided cooking time may vary)

  • Leave croissants at room temperature for at least 30-45 minutes to properly proof (rise.) 

  • Spray the sheet pan generously with pan spray before placing the croissants on the pan. 

  • Spread croissants out at least 2 inches apart from each other (or further if you have room.)

  • Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. 

  • Make an egg wash while the oven preheats.

    • Crack 2 eggs in a bowl with a splash of milk and whisk for 30 seconds. 

  • Use a cooking brush to spread a light egg wash over each croissant before putting them in the oven. 

  • Bake at 375° F for 12 minutes to start. 

  • After 12 minutes, rotate the pan 180 degrees and bake for another 5-8 minutes or until golden brown. 

    Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!

Take + Bake Pigs in a Croissant

  • Preheat oven to 375

  • Spray sheet pan and spread pigs out over sheet pan. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to rise.

  • Egg wash pigs (1 egg and 1 tablespoon of milk mixed up)

  • Bake for 15 minutes, rotate the sheet pan.

  • Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. It may take a few extra minutes based on your own oven.
